Resolved Media Sharing Movies to Apple TV appears broken

I am using Mediasharing. On my Apple TV 4K, I see movies starting, and then get an Out of Disk Space abort. My system disk has 1.4 TB free, my media disk has 4TB.

This looks like another bug. Has anybody run into this and found a workaround?
 
Setting the ATV to purge unused apps and rebooting it solved the issue. I also logged out of Media/Home Sharing and turned it back on.
