Title pretty much says it all, im looking for one $50 or less.

Not for gaming, just general use.
 
Check out the Logitech Mice, they are very comfortable in use and very accurate at tracking. The MX 400 looks to be very highly reviewed and fit in your requirements and price range 🙂
