Meeting Minutes Software

Does anyone know a good software that can take, meeting minutes for MAC? and i am not taking about word or pages... like a exact 3 party software that big corporations use to take there meeting minutes in.

Is there really a reason to have another program other than word or pages?

What would be the purpose? What specific features would there be that would entice you buy meeting minutes software?

well i would prefer something like http://www.meetingsense.com/ for the mac, with all those features... because it would save a lot more time

I wonder if you have found something yet for OS X? Do have the same issue. Thanks in advance for any help.

Umm no i still havnt found anything! 🙁(

but the best thing i found is Microsoft Word, and you click view->outline view... were you can record audio and it looks like a notepad too

if you find something let me know too, i was wondering who takes minutes during the apple executive meeting.. cuz i wonder what program they use with there mac
