Does anyone use Mega cloud service. How is the service compared to Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc in terms of features, usability, bugs, stability, etc.? I'm sure security is good...

Does Mac client cause any issues/crashes?

Thanks in advance.

Use Mega if you want to be tagged by the snoops. I personally wouldn't touch it.

Mega has inferior cryptography to what is claimed, as Kim Dotcom's team are not capable of understanding how to do what they believe they have.
I have personally dealt with his former business associate who basically confirmed what I heard from the Kiwicon attendees from the Mega keynote address, it isn't really understood by anyone in his inner circle, and is no better than the American services, with the only difference being that they do not actively cooperate with government requests like Dropbox and OneDrive openly do.

As I am dissatisfied with this inadequate service I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to rely on secure communication that is truly safe from eavesdropping.

Ah. Thanks for the input. That 50gb was really tempting though
