It's "MagSafe", and as far as I know, no difference in the MagSafe performance or functionality with the new Apple MagSafe cases.

Which iPhone are you getting? I thought I read that the 2020 cases won't fit properly due to a larger camera bump on the 13, but I'm not sure it that's just the 13 Pro models or all 13 models.
