Members who surprise you

CalBoy and .Andy never cease to amaze me with the eloquence and thoroughness in which they are able to formally debate. Their arguments are rock solid, and I'm very fortunate to usually be of the same opinion, otherwise I wouldn't stand a chance. 😀
 
Even though I don't post as much, Lee surprises me. Most of the time I disagree with him politically, although I do enjoy reading his arguments and points and I fully respect his views. He comes off as very well educated and informed, which I appreciate. For that matter, I appreciate everyone's views, which is why I spend half my day at work reading the forums.

Again- thanks. You guys have really made my week. That means a lot.
 
I was surprised by Tallest Skil. Not for a particular post, but for all the information that he organized for the MP Nehalem release. He researched the heck out of that machine.

I felt bad for the guy when I found out he had canceled his order.

I'm sorry to say I read it as Leek Holer, in part because of the avatar. I'm sorry Lee.
But it did surprise me. 🙂

Another thing that surprises me here is how nice and good the moderators and admins are. On some other forums, mods seem so grumpy and "ban you if I don't like you" attitude all the time.
Thank you mods for your nice work and kindness. You make MacRumors a great place.
