You could try running the "top" command in mobile terminal. You'll need to download top from cydia first though. And of course you'll need mobile terminal if you don't have it already.

I use NCRam to monitor memory leaks in the tweaks, as I use NCSettings instead of SBSettings these days to manage my toggles.
