Memory Card for Nikon D40

I was just wondering what memory card the Nikon D40 needs... I currently have a SD Ultra II, Memory Stick PRO Duo... and was wondering if it would work with a Nikon D40 that I plan to buy

Just to let you know there are only two types of SD cards... SD and SDHC (High Capacity). Ultra is a name that the company attached to it.
