I have a question. I have a friend that has a Mac, using OS 10.3 or 10.4. She has been having problems with her computer resetting on its own. I had her run the the diag, and it came back with a "Mem_/2/5" error. I had her take out each of her three 512 sticks and the problem still came up.

Any suggestions as to what i should have her do?

Suggestion

Specify for use which Mac it is and which OS

Try the RAM individually in the machine (depending on wheich model it is) and see if you can identify one (or more) RAM module that consistently fails.

Find out where she bought the RAM, if it is a reputable seller it should have a lifetime warranty. Replace.
