Memory for 1.83 iMac

My iMac at work is one of the white 1.83ghz models.
It has 512mb RAM and I need more.

But have no idea what a DIMM is or SO DIMM

All I know is I've currently got a DDR2 SDRAM 667mhz.

Will this type of memory be okay?
Kingston DDR2 1Gb PC5300 667mhz

or this?

1024 DDR SODIMM PC2-5300

Looking at http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/imac/stats/imac-core-2-duo-1.83-17-inch-specs.html it would be the first.

I think the iMacs all take laptop memory, like the mini.
