iPhone 11 Pro Memory issue on iPhone 11 Pro

Has anyone else noticed that their iPhone has memory issues? I sometimes get a suspicion that the memory/RAM (I’m not tech savvy enough to make a distinction here, sorry) on my iPhone has a problem, may it be due to iOS 15 or the phone itself. My 11 Pro is a refurbished one, so that may be it, but Antutu underlines my suspicion rather nicely.
Maybe anyone else here has witnessed similarly surprising results.

Apps not remaining in RAM for as long as they did before, for example. But I am most curious about why the Antutu scores are this low.
