memory neophyte

Hi All,

So I just bought and installed 4GB of memory purchased from OWC. Easy as pie to install.

I'm just wondering if the memory that I've removed from my MBP will work in a Toshiba Satellite laptop? The laptop is about 1 year old.

look up what your toshiba accepts. Visually looking at it and the labels on the RAM itself should be enough.

if its DDR2 then yes it would fit.

What kind of laptop is it. Is it was new when you bought it, it should work, but no guaranteeds,

thanks for the replies. I suspect that it will work as the specs for the memory specific to what the Toshiba requires are identical.
