Have memory prices creeped up the last few days? I'm ready to buy a memory boost for 20" iMac 2.16 C2D. Now looking at Crucial and OWC it looks like prices bumped about $10-15?

Where is the best bang for my buck if I'm at 1GB standard RAM now?
