Menu bar on more than one display?

Coming from a Windows background, when you have dual displays, and you have an application open, you have a menu bar on the same screen that the application is open on.

Is this possible in OSX?

Is this possible in OSX?

While DejaMenu 1.2.2 for MacOS X is one option, it seems to do the job as a workaround by offering a context sensitive menu using a mouse-click key combo.
