Sorry for the newbie question - I mostly use Windows. I have a 5k iMac set up with a secondary monitor (a non retina 27" display). Trouble is, when I have an application on the second display, unlike Windows it leaves its menu bar behind on the primary display. Is there any way to change this? It's rather irritating...

Hi,

try this : in System Preferences / Mission Control, check this tick box : "Displays have separate Spaces".

Log out and log in back to apply the change.
