I need to make a menu for a spanish project...Does anyone have any suggestions for good software to use?? Photoshop?

"The students will make a menu for a restaurant in a Spanish Country. The menu will need specific items included. The restaurant can be any type of food but written in Spanish. The restaurant will have 5 appetizers, 6 entrees with explanations, 5 drinks, 4 or more appetizers. The project should be neat, clear and creative. Pictures should be aded."

You could use Photoshop if you have it, but InDesign or Illustrator would be much better fits for the job. If you have iWork, I'd use Pages to make it (which is what I do for projects such as this), or if you have any familiarity in xhtml/css, you could code the project on a page as well (that's the real dorky solution :)). I believe you could do something like this with relative ease in Word as well, but I've never tried.
