I got a new Mac, moved everything over except for my Mail preferences, attachments, and database, and still have the same accounts on the new Mac. Now that I'm a few months in, I'm not sure why I didn't just drag stuff over to the new computer, but I'd like to merge the two databases so I have all my old emails and attachments on the new computer - is there a utility that'll do this?

You might solve the problem by turning your accounts into IMAP (I guess there are POP, aren't they ?).

This need some skills but is quite easy to do.

Basically, the idea is to move "data of old computer" to the server, then moving "data of the new computer" to the server, so that at the end, you have all the data accessible from new computer.

(I have already done this, successfully, for severals prof. accounts in a small company).
