Hey all,

I ordered two watches. Charged $1 for one and full
Price for the other.

SSBlack 42 delivery June - $1 :via CC on Apple.com
SS 38 White sport delivery - May full cost: via ApplePay

Has anyone else been charged full price as well? I wonder if that correlates to it being available to ship early or not.

I paid with a credit card. My order is processing currently and I am in the first shipment. No charges whatsoever yet

I ordered two on my amex. I had 2x $1 pre-auth charges and two charges for applecare. I just checked amex today, and the all the charges are gone.

I ordered on April 13 and my charge on paypal is pending. I'm expecting to be a late May or early June delivery. I think Apple is going to crush these delivery estimates once they find out which watches were the actually purchased and not returned (after seen in store) watches. I think this was a cluster Feek of folks ordering one thing in their PJs and then two days later swinging by the apple store to discover (A) the 38MM is tiny and (B) certain watches look better or worse to that person in real life than the pictures did (which basically made all the watches look good to everyone). So the whole world-wide order for launch day is just getting figured out and Apple is starting to be able to match watches with levels of demand in different countries.

I understood that everyone that paid via Apple Pay the full amount was charged up front.

i guess i used apple pay... used the App, entered in my security code and was done... No charges... well at least no emails. (I get an email from my bank on charges over .01 (so everything) since I don't use that care often.

I used apple pay on two watches ordered separately and I think I saw authorizations on my Chase account but I was half asleep at that point and they are not there anymore. I got confirmation emails at 3:02 and 3:03.

Has anyone's card been charged?

Just curious if  has taken actual money from anyone, aside from just the initial preauthorization.

No charge except for the apple care and even that's a pre authorization..I think what will happen as with what happened with the iPhone 6 orders is our cards will be charged when it's about to be shipped.. So just keep your eyes on your accounts for the charges to come out then look for your tracking info.. My shipment says June but through the iPhone 6 pre order experience it will be sooner
