Yep, before anyone starts jumping on the Wired article bandwagon, better read what Mr. Hayashi and Mr. Hirata posted regarding this article.

That Wired article was pure B.S., hit trolling and career destroying article.

The damage that the author has caused to Mr. Hayashi for his livelihood is disgusting. Chen basically ruined Mr. Hayashi reputation, and a lot of work has to be done on his part to fix the damage done by that writer. Wired needs to step up and do the right thing to fix this.

"I am NOT a fan of P905i AT ALL. The whole "My cellular weapon of choice ..." is a mere creation of Brian X. Chen; I've NEVER SAID that."

Moron says apple pays high rent, so if the economy continues to suck apple might falter.

10 year leases, 28 billion+ in the bank, The guy that ran Target's retail strategy near the helm and this genius posts this...

I am an ANALYST FOR NEWS.COM!!!!!!!

Brooke Crothers, concern troll or fool, only one choice there folks.

Edit: OH did I mention that apple makes more per sq foot of retail space then it was either Tiffanies or Best Buy, either way. Cha-ching! More then enough to offset higher rents.

Poor Brooke, maybe he's angling for a "job" at Tired.com

It is a mathematical impossibility that anyone with any decent sense of technological innovation can hate the iPhone. It is the best mobile device ever invented by man. Period.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.... hold on hold on... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH your kidding...right?.....

Wow perfect example of blind fan-boy-ism right there.

It's a mathematical impossibility that anyone with any decent sense of technological innovation can like the iPhone.

Some of the Japanese phones i have seen are rubbish and some are great, i would say the only thing i've seen that differentiates the Japanese handsets to European is that mobile TV has taken off in Japan but not so much in Europe.
