Miami Beach Lincoln Rd store last night only had sports band for 38 and 42 in white, green, blue and red. Surprisingly no black and no other bands.

As of June 2nd, the Arden Fair Apple Store in Sacramento just has Sport Bands in stock and they have not received any of the other bands yet.

So, I finally gave all up and ordered my Classic Buckle online last night. It's shipped right in this morning. (said to be shipped within 3-5 business days) It will be delivered on this Friday. I guess Apply really will begin stocking more straps in-store after they announce something at WWDC.

Easton Town Center store in Columbus, OH has all the Sport band colors and sizes available on the shelf.

If you want the other bands (Milanese, Leather Loop, Classic Buckle, etc.), you have to ask for it, as they will not stock them on shelves... I assume they're trying to stock up for when the actually start selling the watches in store, but I could be wrong.

I walked away with both a 42mm classic buckle and a 42mm black leather loop today. I just couldn't resist!

Went into the Apple store on Buchanan Street in Glasgow Scotland and they've got all the sports bands in both sizes on display, asked if they have any of the other straps in and they've got them in the back of the shop. Just as the OP said the staff said they've not been told where to put them. Managed to pick up a black medium leather loop.:)

Interesting, last week I called up/went into the Polaris store and they only had the sport bands, and at that only the white and black. I didn't think to check the Easton store, so I just went ahead and ordered my classic buckle online and got it today and am really liking it. More than the white sport band that came with my watch.

I'm debating getting a leather loop now since I like the classic buckle so much, how are you liking the leather loop?

At first, I thought it looked too fake and plastic-y. But after talking it through with a specialist and trying the black one on in the store, I decided to buy it. The black is definitely the best looking one for the professional environment (I work at a bank). Midnight blue is plausible, but the brown ("stone" or whatever Apple officially calls it) looks really cheap and fake.

I was also worried I'd have to make constant adjustments during the day like I do with the milanese, but to my surprise, I didn't have to at all. In fact, I actually found myself playing with the magnetic part of the band, endlessly clicking it on and off when I'm bored.

Thanks for the info on Easton - I was there Monday and they had all the sport bands out. Didn't think to ask since as usual the place was packed.

I have an early July ship date on a Milanese that I would love to cancel if I could get one in store - maybe I'll swing through tomorrow

Apple Store Somerset in Michigan had every sport band available, milanese loops, as well as black and bright blue leather loops.

Interesting, thanks for the insight. I'm kind of curious about the non-permanently-set, adjustable bands like the milanese loop and leather loop because I've found that with the other fitness trackers I've had in the past and now with both the sport band and to a lesser extent the classic buckle band that, for whatever reason, my wrist tends to swell/shrink randomly over the course of the day. So if I set the band tight, it gets uncomfortable at times, and if I set it loose, it gets to where the watch flops around my wrist at times (which I find annoying).

With one of the bands like the leather loop that doesn't have a permanent setting I could adjust the tightness on the fly. I definitely like the black leather loop the best, so its just a matter of trying to justify buying yet another $150 dollar band lol.

And god knows when they release the sport band colors they teased in London I'll get the Red and Orange cause I'm a Buckeyes and Browns fan so there goes another $100 lol.
