Merged two m4vs in QuickTime. Second has no sound on iPhone.

Hi guys.

I ripped my 2-disc Titanic movie using Handbrake. I merged the two files into a single .mov using QuickTime Pro. The resulting file plays fine in iTunes, but when I transfer it to my iPhone, the second part has no sound.

Any ideas?
