Merging Libraries

Here's the deal... I have my iTunes Library on my computer and a whole 2nd library sans database file. There are a lot of duplicates in the 2nd library that I don't need, so I'd like to merge the two. Is there any easy way to do this without importing them all and deleting duplicates? The songs are all tagged differently and that'll take forever.

I was fiddling around with automator but didn't see anything quickly....

I'm not sure about iTunes, but in iPhoto you can import sans existing files. Maybe you can do this in iTunes, too?
