anyone can help me why when am sending a new message, I start typing the name of the person and I get the same group twice the name? attached picture

Check your contacts to see the way you have them listed. Duplicates? Several contact numbers? Nicknames? Etc.

I don't have any duplicate contacts, I also have only the google account to sync contacts, this started happening after a restored from Icloud I did on my phone.

Are you syncing your contacts with both Google and iCloud? That may be the reason for the dupes.
