Learning curve is steep from my Fitbit ionic and I’m a little frustrated... so...I have to text messages that shows unread on my watch face... except they ar dread on both phone and watch. Any ideas?

danmart macrumors 68000 Oct 6, 2019 #2 When things get a bit out of sync there are two things to try in order of faff: Reboot the Watch - press the side button for five seconds to get the power-off option Un-pair and re-pair - this takes more time and so is more inconvenient, but will solve a wider range of issues. There is one more thing to try, which I only learned recently. On your phone, in the Watch app, go to: General > Reset > Reset Sync Data Theoretically this only syncs contacts and calendar events, that maybe it does more stuff and will help?
