Message notification, locks the screen/

Any fix for this. Every time I get a iMessage notification, i basically can't do anything until its dismissed. Basically locks you from doing anything. This meant to do this, or a bug?

So when the banner appears at the top of your screen you can't do anything else?

That is not how its supposed to work? Are you sure you don't have Alert
