Message received by iPad and macbook, but not iPhone???

Hi.

I've just been out, took my iPhone with me. I was at a cafe where, because of the roof, there's no cellular signal. I got home, and saw on my iPad that my brother had messaged me an hour ago, around the time I was in the cafe. But I never received the message on my iPhone. As the saying goes 'better late than never', but the message never got to my iPhone even though I left the cafe half an hour ago.

Any help? Thanks in advance.
