Messages App Not Loading after Update to Today

Just updated, and now messages app won't load. Just continually bounces. However, I did make another user to try it out , and it loads on that users. What could be the problem?

Log out and back in, or alternatively restart. That will probably fix it.

I get that very rarely with apps. Rebooting fixes it.
