Is anyone else experiencing this issue wherein after an upgrade to 10.11 (15A215h) Messages no longer signs into iMessage?

When I attempt to enter my password and "Sign in" I receive the following:

I thought that perhaps this issue may be related to the situation outlined here:
How can I completely reset iMessage in Yosemite?

Yet unfortunately when I remove `~/Library/IdentityServices` I still have the same problem with Messages not signing into the iMessage account.

I've been having the same issue. Version 10.10.5 (14F27). Since the update its completely stopped working. All I get is the "Could not sign in to iMessage. Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." error dialog. Very frustrating as I've grown accustomed to texting from my MBP. I've tried the `~/Library/IdentityServices` trick, changed my password, removed some other pref files, all to no avail.

I hope there's a fix soon!
