Messages Not Sync'd Between Devices

This seems to have happened since updating my 2021 Intel MBP to 14. Messages sent/read on one device (MBP, iPad, iPhone) don't appear at the other supposedly sync'd devices. Is this a thing others have noticed?

on the device not updating, try toggle off then on the device's wifi. that brings messages up to date for me, within seconds.

Well that did appear to work just now for missing messages on my MBP, thanks!
