Messages "Number changed to Primary" issue

Since upgrading to iOS 12.3, all of my texts from Android users have a "Number changed to Primary" message included. Anybody else experiencing this? I'm on a iPhone XS Max on AT&T.

1) Deleting threads doesn't solve it
2) Toggling iMessage on/off doesn't solve it
3) Reboot doesn't solve it

I am! I have an XS. I deleted the text and it stopped for me tho.

Talked to Apple, they sent forward a escalation this morning. Not sure if anything will come of it. But FYI, having same issue plus a second one of read acknowledgement syncing between iPhone and iPad.

I had that too for a while. Finally fixed it last week. It caused messages (SMS, not iMessage) read on my phone to not be read on my other devices and the opposite direction too (read on Mac doesn't mark it as read on phone).

I did a hard reboot of my phone and that fixed it. Not a reboot, but a hard reboot. That's Volume Up, Volume Down, then hold the power button until it powers down and keep holding until you see the Apple logo when it starts back up.

That fixed it for me.
