Hi everyone I have a Late 2015 MacBook Pro with the latest OS X High Sierra on it. I am getting a message that says not delivered every time I send a message from my Mac, however when I check my phone it says delivered. This started around the same time I upgraded my iPhone from the 6s to the X. I have checked all my settings to make sure they are only sending from my phone # and not my email. I have tried logging out of both iPhone and MacBook on messages and then logging back in. I am now at a loss on what to do to fix this issue. I know my messages are being delivered cause I carry on conversations thru Messages on my MacBook its just super annoying that they say "Not Delivered"

In Messages preference > Accounts, are the can be reached and Start New Conversations From both set to your iPhone phone number?

If not, make it so. If yes, try changing to your iCloud email, send a message, then set it back to your phone number.

On your iPhone, make sure iMessage is enabled, and Text Message Forwarding is enabled for your MBP.

Tanagra (not really)
Under Messages, open preferences and then click on accounts. Make are you can be reached at both your Apple ID email and your phone number. You might also check your phone regarding WiFi-calling. I've found that I sometimes can't send texts to Verizon users with my Mac from my T-Mobile phone when on WiFi calling. I don't know if that's because my Mac and iPhone may be on different wifi networks at the same time (my router has 2 bands).
