Has anyone had issues with the watch having those canned smart replies to respond to questions via text?

I have had several texts from people who ask me "should I do A or B?"

And the watch has not given me "A or B" as canned responses automatically.

Anyone else notice this? I toggled predictive text off and on in keyboard settings and went through messages setting on iphone and watch to see if I missed something and nothing I can see enables this.

I have had some pretty good success with it. I would tell you to try and send yourself a message saying "Where are you?", for me the responses are usually responses I would send out on a daily basis, for example...

a) On my way
b) In the Gym
c) At home

The initial responses were something along the lines of the following...

a) In the car
b) On my way

I have yet to be given the option of a smart reply. I've tried sending myself messages from the wifes phone with choices like "pizza or chips tonight", but I'm only presented with the preset replies. Replying to the same message on my iPhone gives me the option of "pizza" or "chips" from the QuickType bar.

Anybody else had problems with smart replies?

I unpaired/repaired the watch last week due to what seemed like excessive battery drain......and since then, smart replies have been showing up for me.
