Messaging non iPhone authored video

Hi I have a video created on my desktop. I want to put the video on my iphone and send it to people! Any idea how to go about this? There doesn't seem to be a send option in the "videos" section and when I download email myself then download the video, I can't seem to save it to my library like I can do with a photo. Any help would be great!! Thanks, conor

You'll have to use iTunes, if it's in the right format. Import it, then sync to your phone.
