Is there a way i can match tracks in my collection via meta data only, but also have no DRM ?

or would the the only way be iTunes Match + Apple music ?

I don't want to shell out big bucks for both, but i don't have a U.S credit card/paypal so i'm not about to subscribe to iTunes Match via a pre paid card just to use a service once.

Whats the best way to archive this ?
