Metadata iTunes for Windows User

Hi - I have searched and just cannot figure it out.
I am running Plex and it works great - Labels/Artwork/Etc
But I am also running an older AppleTV on some sets and I also have my movie library in iTunes to stream to AppleTV under home movies.
What can I use to automatically add metadata to my Windows iTunes home movie library just like the Plex server does automatically?

MetaX is really my only option?
