Metadata query or issue when sharing photos.

Might be an issue or user issue not sure. I have it just to show location for airdrop and shared albums. As a test I sent a photo to a person I share album with, it’s showed location as it should. I also sent the same person via iMessage the same photo and it also showed the meta data. I was under the impression that later shouldn’t have showed meta data. ?

The way I read that menu is that the setting option is for Airdrop & Shared Albums Only. To either enable or disable sharing metadata for airdrop & shared albums.
