We know Sapphire and Ceramic doesn't scratch easy but something tells me the Electrodes on the back will be scratch magnets showing silver underneath where it gets scratched. Metal cashbacks do scratch based on all watches ive owned.

I'm not sure if all the metal sits beneath the sapphire. For ECG I thought you need metal to skin contact?

Back Crystal Electrode.
An ultrathin chromium silicon carbon nitride layer applied to the sapphire crystal reads the electrical heart impulses in your wrist.

If you have metal skin I suppose.
