iPod Michael Jackson iPod?

A very good friend of mine (and a huge Michael Jackson fan) sent an e-mail saying she found a Michael Jackson iPod, but that it may only be available in France. I didn't hear anything about this particular iPod and I tend to follow the Apple news very closely... after all, I do post here. Anyway, here is an image she attached to the e-mail:

It looks fake, but it may also only be a concept image. The image is also being hosted on ImageShack so that screams "user upload" to me.

What do you think?

Copyright date on the iPod is 2004; sorry, but it's a fake.

EDIT If it were a new iPod the date would be 2006 or 2005.
