Micro scratches on coating?

Hello, is that easy to get micro scratches on the oleophobic coating of the sapphire screen of Apple Watch?

Mine has many which are visible under certain angle of light, but I can't feel them with my nail.

It is not only possible but typical. Do not look at your watch too closely under sunlight.
