I have a 4gb micro sd and i believe it has corrupt data because when i put it in my computer, it doesnt show up. But when i put in my ps3, it shows up, and there is a uncharted game save that i cant delete. and when i try to play that game save, it says it is corrupted.

Ok? What exactly do you want help with? If it's corrupted then it's corrupted and there's little you can do about it.
