micro usb to lightning

i am switching from android, and i have a whole host of micro usb cables (car charger, several wall chargers) that i'd really not throw out.

i see apple sells a micro usb to lightning adapter, but its $19!!!! has anyone come across a cheaper alternative? havent seen anything on monoprice, and amazon results left something to be desired.

Thats the one i found... However im usually wary of 3rd party hardware sold on amazon, that isnt fulfilled by amazon. Reviews for that adapter are mixed, so was hoping to see other suggestions from members here

Anyone seen one of these MicroUSB to Lightning adapters that have a cable clip attached so that you can clip it to the MicroUSB cable?

If you want a more permanent solution, wrap some tape around it so it stays.
