Mine didn't.
Only you can answer that question. For some the display is fine, for others its a bit small.

haha i emailed the microcenter people before i posted this thread to see the answers and this is what i got (be prepared to laugh and cry! -- well maybe.. dont take it too personally

What you got doesn't surprise me at all. I do not have high expectations of the knowledge level of the individuals who answer email inquiries such as yours.
No slight meant to those folks; I figure they're doing the best they can, but my guess is the better folks are out on the sales floor rather than answering emails.

hmmm thats what i think too so this saturday (yipeee!) when i get my MBP from microcenter, ill make sure to ask them
So you know... When I bought mine the sales guy told me it didn't and I said I'll wait and see if I want to upgrade it. He tried to sell me the whole iLife pack. I was glad I waited because as soon as I got it my car I popped open the box and found the update disc inside. I posted a pic of it in my thread I linked in my earlier post.
I used the money I saved buying my pro from them to put in an SSD
Mostly because its free
I want it, because of the printing options within iPhoto, but that's it.
