Microphone Button

Maybe I'm missing something here but my iPad doesn't seem to have the microphone button on the keyboard. Do I have to do something to activate it?

Go to your settings, "General" tab, and hit Keyboard. there is a toggle for dictation there.

Dictation was part of the set-up process. You apparently said no when it asked. Follow Actual Size's information.

I think on wifi iPads it has to be manually turned on, since mine never showed up in the setup process. But a video I saw of someone with an LTE iPad prompted him to turn it on during the setup. Probably because of it's always on data connection.

Not true, I had the option and I have a wifi version.
