Microphone recommendation?

I have a 3rd gen Touch that I use Skype on quite frequently. Always having to use the ear buds is starting to get to me...

Are there any microphones you've used and can recommend? Smallest/least obtrusive possible.

I use a button mic which works great because with Skype as you can enable the speaker when you make a call, best of all it was about $2.00.
