MicroSim Cutter Availability?

Ever since the announce of the iPad 3G and iPhone 4, I've been waiting for a device to cut my SIM into a MICROSIM. However it seems they're all being produced and unavailable until July... does anyone know or have been able to find a supplier that has the SIM Cutter IN STOCK NOW?

Just cut it manually. Theres lots of guides on the internet. They even have print out stencils. No point in buying a device to use once.
