microSIM in the 4S the same as the microSIM in the iPhone 4?

In terms of advanced features, is the microSIM in the 4S the same as the microSIM in the iPhone 4? I read they might be different, that the microSIM in the 4S is better??
 
Nope no magic Micro-SIM for the iPhone 4S. AT&T does not keep iPhone 4S specific Mico-SIMs this would cause more problems then it would fix. 😱
