microsim internationally

Is it possible to get microsim cards for wireless phone/data service internationally (europe, middle east, asia) currently? I am thinking of getting the iphone 4 but need it to work internationally (non-ATT) ... thx!

Hmm ... don't think that solves it. A sim adapter would allow me to use a microsim with a 3g phone but not a regular sim with the iphone 4, yes?

It really depends on the individual operators, for example Telecom NZ supports micro SIMs.

You can cut the regural sim to a microsim size.
And then use the adapter.
