still no POP support? I know it's legacy and crap but I have one email provider who refuses to turn on IMAP.

I see a lot of people saying it's la good app, and I agree Microsoft has been getting a whole lot better lately, but I actually really like the default Mail app, so I'd love if fans of Outlook could tell me some of the things they think are advantages with Outlook. Also, does it support all mail providers (custom, Me, Yahoo, etc.)? Thanks!

I used the app for a couple days, until my company deprecated access due the gaping security holes in it.

Storing your credentials and running your email through a third party server is the biggest issue. But loading images etc by default, is also a problem when it comes to phishing.

I really like this app, mostly for the "Schedule" feature. BUT, the schedule feature doesn't work on the watch for me. I tap the button, the notification/message goes away, but the message stays in the inbox.

What am I doing wrong?

Really waiting on Mailbox to release a good app...

MS under Satya Nadella will be worth keeping an eye on. They have several strategies in the Win 10 wave that Apple missed a trick with and would do well to take notice of.
Windows 10 is very good. It's still a bit of an adjustment for those used to Windows 7, but less so than Windows 8 was. I think it'll do well.

The horribly entertaining thing is under the "Suggest a Feature" part of the app, crap like delete multiple emails or enable TouchID are on their top priority lists with nice little boxes like "Under Review" or "Working On It." Yet basic BASIC parts like not loading remote images are no where to be seen.

Edit: These are Microsoft Outlook's top requested features per their own App. Priority seems to be to make it lovable not secure.

Seems like that's what people (as in users) want more apparently.

They are consumer facing goals. Nice to have indeed. But Microsoft has got a number of basic security related pieces they need to code in before these "nice-to-have" features are added.

The app has been in Microsofts hands for the better part of 6 months and they still can't code it to only load remote images on request. That's scary in my mind.

Well, what I'm saying is that those type of things might never really come up in these public suggestions/voting places--they might very well be on the roadmap for MS and perhaps even of higher priority than any of these public suggestions, but there's no real way to tell that from just what's displayed within the app's feedback section.

I think this app has promise, but for as long as they store your credentials and proxy your email, it's not going to happen within our organization.

I may be the daft one out, but I can't figure out how to read older emails on my Watch...

They are in the inbox on my iPhone, but on the Watch all it says is "Inbox - All caught up" and "Calendar - No upcoming events". I can tap on the calendar and review into the future, but how do I see older emails?

I'm already seeing good things from M$FT. I think in a few years, they will be caught up if not surpassing the Google/Apple again
