how do i make my document landscape? or change it to landscape?

i need to make a chart or graph

i cant find the printing options or do i just change the H x W?

any suggestions would be helpful!

off topic

Whenever i open office/excel the native size of the document starts at 100%. However it always looks so damn small its hard for me to read and I always have to go into the view menu and change it to 150% or 200% to see it comftorably. Is there a way to make everything automatically open at 150% instead of 100%?
