Microsoft Office 2011 Folder Dock Icon on the Mac

I have a question about how to get the folder for Microsoft Office 2011 to appear on the dock and fan out to reveal the four applications for Microsoft Office like I see at the Apple Store.

Drag the folder onto the right side of the dock.
